These homes feature the benefits of home ownership but in a low maintenance environment- we mow your lawn, rake your leaves and shovel your snow. Our villa residents can also choose to have additional amenities such as meals, laundry, housekeeping, and wellness. Our senior living apartments combine the comforts of apartment home living with a variety of features and amenities designed for the convenience of older adults. Each 1-2 bedroom apartment features a full kitchen, large bathrooms with grab bars, and many other accommodations. Our assisted living apartments are a perfect alternative to struggling alone at home or to a nursing home for older adults who need some help maintaining their independence. These accommodations provide for a comfortable environment in which our skilled nursing team of RNs and CNAs help the residents with their grooming needs, laundry, housekeeping and other activities of daily living.
