I came in to the Fedex office with my family for the first time. There was a guy constantly helping and making sure we were getting what we needed. I asked for his name and he replied Justin. What a great guy!!! He was so nice, friendly, and thoughtful with us and the rest of the customers. This guy is working in the right position at Fedex Office. It is for this guy that I rated the service with 5 stars. Now, comes the disappointment part. Last night we were there again and there was a different guy. We didn't ask for his name but looked Asian. This guy was so rude to one of the customers. When he came to help me, he seemed not to care too much about his job. He wasn't friendly with me. I remember there was another customer asking for help, and this guy didn't know how to solve the problem. I asked him how long he's been working for Fedex and he said 5 years.How can be possible that an employee working for 5 years don't now how to operate the copy machine? That was so ridiculous..
