Provided by YP.comHad a bridal shower for our daughter here. Upstairs room is perfect for such an event. Brian was very helpful and accommodating. We selected salad, salmon, chicken ala vodka, and steak for our guests and left the sides up to Brian's discretion. Everything was excellent as usual. We eat here frequently. Pat was very pleasant to work with in planning the event and offered suggestions as to decorations, linens, etc. and printed lovely menus. She also provided attentive service. It was a pleasure to work with such warm, friendly people.

Provided by YP.comWe live locally on the beach and eat here all the time. The food is fantastic, the service is prompt and friendly. The owner Bob is always there making sure everyone is being well taken care of. It's a great neighborhood restaurant where you always see one of your neighbors. Only complaint is it gets very loud. Great wine to sample if you are unsure of what you like.

What a find!!! I can't believe it took me three years to find this place but it is by far the BEST restaurant in Hernando County. Spanish/Italian fusion...who would of thought. Moving here from San Francisco left my restaurant choices down to none. We found our place. We started with the special Red Snapper cake. Large pure fresh fish which was cooked to perfection and large chunks of snapper. House salad or Cesaer Salad served with entree. My date had the filet which melted in your mouth. My special was the Habenero Crusted Grouper over Saffron Rice. All I can say is yum. Every entree was an art piece. We decided we are going back once a month to treat ourselves. I don't think I can waste my money on any other restaurant from now on. Service was the best as well. Bought a coupon from Restaurant.com so we received $15.00 off of our bill. Try it!

Provided by YP.com1st: the table we sat at did not sit flat, rocked back and forth, I hate that, fix it.
2nd: No table cloth, had white paper, the kind you sit on in a doctors office and he peels away after you're done. It was not even big enough to cover the table so they had to double it up, the problem is the bottom of my glass went up underneath and almost got pulled out of my had and spilled all over. Real classy.
3rd: Felt like I was dining in a converted burger joint, tacky.
4th: The meal, if you like salty, this is the place for you.
My guests meal was so salty she didn't even finish it, my meal, Snapper, so small I could have put it in my belly button and salty, I think the chef, or I should say fast order cook, has a thing for salt.
All in all I WILL NOT BE BACK!
Save your money and go to McDonalds.

Provided by YP.comBrian is one OUTSTANDING chief. He is creative and puts together combinations that one would expect to pay much higher prices for. The quality of the food and the service provided by the staff are 5 star.

Provided by YP.comOne of our favorite places in Florida. Breakfast, lunch or dinner we've never had a meal that was less than expected, and we expect a lot!!! Excellent food, very attentive service, reasonable prices for very high quality, that's what keeps us coming back. Thanks Brian, for a job really well done!

Simply the best restaurant in Hernando County by far. The venue is nondescript but the food is anything but. Brian is a creative genius in the kitchen. Specials are always well, special. And save room for dessert because the cheesecake du joir is the best you will ever have.

Provided by YP.comWhen I drove by, the parking lot was packed with cars and work trucks. Therefore, I just had to stop. Boy, am I glad I made that decision. The food was out of this world and the service was perfect. Everyone around me was extremely pleased with their orders as well. The restaurant was neat, clean and the bathroom spotless. I highly recommend Brian's Place for a wonderful meal out!
