I would like to say the nurse practioner there was very great but the recptionist was not very friendly. She was very unhelpful and her tone to patients was very unwelcoming and rude. I understand she has a job to do and it may require being very direct and upfront, but there is a way to speak to anyone especially in this type of setting. I have been to this clinic on several occasions but she was not the person at the front desk. I will defintely be taking my services to another Little Clinic where I am treated with respect.
