I bought a sofa in june this year 2019, sofa has completely collapsed under cushions. Scotts no help sorry. not guarenteed. beware

Purchased a mattress from Scott's Furniture. The mattress did not give the support as promised by the salesperson and the manufacture. When the issue was addressed it was explained that we expected to much from our mattress and there would be no refund because the warranty only covered defects, not dissatisfaction with comfort. Buyer beware, avoid Scott's Furniture, unless you really want a good chocolate covered pretzel.

Had a great experience..friendly and affordable. Will go again when I need something else. Thanks!!
