Very dissapointed in Hermitage Bob Evans!! My family and i went there for dinner and my 11 yr old step daughter ordered a grilled chicken salad, when it came out, I looked at it from across the table and the chicken was noticeably raw, not just under cooked but RAW!!!!! How did the employees not notice! When brought to the kitchens attention, mind you, we had to bring it to the kitchen ourselves due to the fact we couldnt find the server, all we get is sorry about that! a whole $3 was taken off the bill, with having to wait to get another salad, everyone was done eating by the time the second salad came to table after several threats of your food is coming . poor service, slow service, and no true empathy about a close call of getting an 11 yr old deathly sick. the mananger came to the table and joked about it!

We have eaten several times at Bob Evans and never had a bad meal or bad service there. Actually, the staff went out of their way to make sure we got our meals quickly and that we were satisfied with everything we ordered. We plan on returning there again.
