The food Is great and I always get good service, very nice and clean.

on today, July 2, 2008, a member of my unit and I went to Baldino's for lunch. Both of our sandwhiches had extremely stale/hard bread at the bottom. I brought the sandwhich back to the counter and asked the Owner/Manager if I could have another piece of Bread (the top piece) because the hard bread was inedible and he told me no. Then he insisted that I pay for another sub if I wanted more bread. I inturn, asked for a refund for the food and he refused to give me my money back. He kept repeating that all the bread was the same and I had to pay for more. When I asked him and his wife for the address ( so that I could have an officer come get a report) they both said they didn't know what the address was. At that point , I dropped the sub on the ground and left angry. I've eaten at baldino's several times and I know what the quality of bread should be like. I've never had such poor customer service in my entire life. I will not advise my worse enemy to eat at this restaurant. I realize that all of them are not the same and that this one is privately owned. The public should really be aware of this incident.
