All they care about is your wallet, not your furry beloveds. My dog needs medical care and I was trying to get what it would cost, they were very vague, When I said I was inquiring because I don't have a lot of money they told me they have nothing for me and said to go someplace else.

These people truly care about what they do. I would not choose any other place to go to for my dog and cats and that's saying something, because I live all the way in the east-side of Webster!

I never feel rushed during appointments, and my questions are always addressed. Dr. Brownstein recently helped me set up compassionate end-of-life home care for a terminally ill dog, so that he could spend his last days with his family, and was extremely supportive at this painful time.
