This business is terrible. A customer brought in a handbag to be cleaned. This handbag was purchased from me on eBay. It was in perfect condition when I shipped it. This cleaners first said there was one small pink mark on the bottom of bag and they cleaned the bottom. Next they changed the story to they spot cleaned the bag. There is a dispute through eBay about the condition of the bag and this business refuses to email a statement that they cleaned or spot cleaned the bag. I requested this because eBay told me I needed it for my claim. I was informed later yesterday evening by the Better Business Burrough that I now have to take legal action and have the staff member and or the owner subpoenaed to make a statement if they continue to be uncooperative with eBay and/or myself on the behalf of eBay. All they had to do was send a simple email and instead they chose to change their story and the owner yelled at me on the phone and said I'm not paying him so he won't do it. In this country, you do not pay businesses to confirm their interactions with customers. The owner also yelled into the phone that he has been in business longer than me. I am not in any business, I am a disabled woman suffering from multiple sclerosis that sold a bag on eBay. I am not sure if this man was fully lucid or if he actually speaks to humans this way. I was nothing but nice to every single person there and I began to record the conversations after I saw how they changed their story. This business is a scam and has caused huge anxiety and fear of having to now seek legal advice and most likely proceed with legal action. Being disabled, I cannot afford attorney fees, therefore I will have to sue for attorney payment if cooperation does not begin on the part of this business. I suggest skipping this store if you need anything fixed or repaired. They are dishonest and down right nasty to people. I have been in touch with a few other customers that have had similar experiences.
