I took my miniature schnauzer in for grooming at 8:00 on a Sunday morning (by appointment). At 12:30 pm I received a call from the groomer saying I had to pick up my dog...who had not been groomed...in 4 hours!!!! They told me she was biting and that kept them from being able to complete the grooming. She's a 20 pound miniature schnauzer...not exactly Cujo! In any case, they could have called me sooner than FOUR hours later so I could have made other arrangements with another groomer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...AND WHO CAN'T GROOM A 20 LB PUPPY??? Sounds like the groomers here need a bit more experience working with pets before they can call themselves "PetSmart"
