We have found this store to be very customer friendly. We had a serious problem with pool water. Emptied it 3 times then on 3rd trip to store, talked to manager. He knew what we were doing wrong. Explained exactly what to do & made sure we had the correct chemicals. The larger stores that sell pools, patio stuff, etc. are only interested in selling stuff. Forget about getting help with a pool problem. This is a tiny store. Five customers in the store nearly overwhelms the space & staff. They sell chemicals & a few accessories. Most of the staff is seasonal & have limited pool knowledge. If you have a question or problem with your pool, ASK the manager or the experienced, year round employee.

Understaffed to provide service to small number of customers in the store at one time. Waited 20 minutes for an in-store water analysis and was put on hold for 20 minutes when I called later to discuss water treatment (finally gave up and hung up).
