The name is Kenji Hibachi and Sushi Bar. I had the steak and scallop combo and it was mediocre. The fried rice and the grilled vegetable combo were so greasy that I couldn't eat them. My steak was ordered medium and it came well done. This place needs to concentrate more on food quality and less on fancy knife work. I will have to say that other people in my party commented that it was the best Sushi they had ever had in Richmond, but for the Hibachi part I have to rate it so-so.
