I COMPLETELY disagree with the other negative review. When I called the location, Mary quickly answered the phone and was very professional. She was upbeat and seemed eager to assist me with my needs. I explained my problem and she told me that she would let me talk to one of the owners. One of the owners, I believe his name was Robert talked with me on the phone and discussed my problem with me. He told me that he would have a technician out that evening. Did I forget to mention that I called at 4:30 on a Friday when we were expecting extremely cold temperatures that weekend. Within 2 hours a technician was at my door. The technician inspected the furnace and explained to me that the regulator that allowed the gas into the burners was bad and needed to be replaced. He told me how much the regulator was and that the service call included everything else. He replaced the regulator and had my heat on in under 1 hour. By far The BEST experience ever with a heating and air co.
