      Staff was pleasant, but the experience was not - especially after the price was surprisingly higher than the prices listed on the wall at the entrance. I was completely shocked at how they couldn't explain why the final price was so much higher that what was posted. Also shocked that my friend and I were charged different prices for the same services. Poor business practices and dishonest management. Will not go back even after providing this location with business and referring friends and family. I'm spreading the word now to let them know what happened to me. Extremely disappointed.

      I love Happy Nails. Since I moved to Richmond, it is the only one that I can't get enough of. The owners of the salon, Philana and her husband, are wonderfully sweet and I look forward to every chance I get to get my nails filled, get my feet taken care of or get my bikini line waxed.
