My grandson, Bruce, has been attending classes at Dongs Karate for 3 years. I firmly believe that his training has had a very positive affect on the person he is becoming. Not only are these children taught the art of Tae Kkwon Do, but they are instructed in good moral principles such as: Honesty, Humility, Patience, Sincerity, Good Manners and self control. I would highly recommend this activity for males or females.

I have learned a lot of information and techniques from my three year adventure at Dong's Karate. I worked on practicing my speed and power. I loved learning about the different forms, different combinations, different one-step sparring, and participating in the Tournament. In addition, my flexibility became better, and my body became stronger since I started Tae-Kwon-Do. I also liked learning about the different values, mottos, and disciplines of Tae-Kwon-Do because they help me in my everyday life. For example, I really like the motto, "Thinking Before Acting". These mottos, values, and disciplines have helped me grow as an individual. In addition, I also like Dong's Karate because the instructors are very nice, and they do teach you a lot of new information and techniques every day. His desired goals for his students reach far beyond self-defense and sparring techniques; his curriculum yields life-long health and well-being, fosters a selfless attitude, and encourages one to be a needed person in their community. I started training at Dongs Karate (a family friendly school) at age 48 three months after my 14 year-old Daughter began in the white belt class. During those three months of watching my daughter's class I noticed that she was changing in many ways. Her physical conditioning steadily improved, she was becoming more confident, patient and respectful. She no longer was being bullied at school. She was bound and determined to become a Black Belt in three years. I also noticed how much Grand Master Dong (9th degree in three Martial Arts Styles) cares about his Students success. He has excellent teaching skills and his comprehensive system not only teaches kicking and punching but it also develops character and an indomitable spirit. Each class is fun and challenging. The positive attitudes of Grandmaster Dong, Master Grossman, instructor Steven and all the other Black Belts who also teach and assist with classes makes the environment of the school a place where you want to be.

My son and I started taking karate classed at Dong's in early 2011. He has since left for college but I've continued to attend. My son and I will always treasure our time together learning something completely new. It is our unique experience. It has truly been a pleasure to learn from such an accomplished and capable group of instructors. It is an absolute privilege to be taught by Grandmaster Dong himself. The school has elevated my abilities mentally, physically, and interpersonally. We began when I was 52. Now, at 55, my mind is sharper. My body is functioning at a higher level and I've met some truly amazing people. The environment at Dong's is encouraging, patient, and inclusionary. Everyone is made to feel welcome. I was impressed with the instructor's ability to adapt specific skills to the individual. Physical limitations are simply accepted and incorporated. What a terrific place. Thank you, Dong's.

My 9 year old son has been enrolled in Dong's Tae Kwon Do program for almost 3 years. Under their instruction,he has not only learned martial arts forms and self defense moves, but also discipline, respect and perseverance in attaining a goal he sets for himself. The instructors are dedicated, and there are a lot of class times offered, which helps when you have a hectic family schedule.

My son Karthik loves going to Dongs karate school. He has been going to the school for couple of years now. He enjoyed the classes from the very beginning. Grandmaster Dong is awesome. Its really great to watch him teach. Master Grossman and all other instructors do wonderful job and are very dedicated in teaching martial arts. Highly recommend this karate school! Been coming here for ten years now and the results have been phenomenal. Not only is the school great for physical training, but the school also focuses on mental health and awareness. The instructors are very patients and helpful in any person's journey towards the black belt and beyond. Well worth it.

My both kids have been going to Dong's Karate since 3 years. and they hare getting ready to test for black belt. They are very excited about getting black belt. I am so glad I signed my kids at the headquarters branch because the instructors are very strict but good and my kids enjoy learning from them.

I have been going to Grand Master Dong's for about three years. The instructors there are trained well and always making sure we are doing our best. The equipment is safe and well taken care of and I have learned many things since I started. Not only have I learned to defend myself with punches, kicks, and blocks, but I have also learned things like honesty, discipline, respect, and positive attatude.
