These guys are great to work with! I was in Richmond on business from northern Virginia where I had recently walked away from a nice Mini because of poor customer service. They showed me around and made an effort to find what I was looking for. I purchased a Cooper S and they even delivered it to me!!

I purchased my certified mini through the internet. Everything handled by e-mail, and a few phone conversations at the end. They even delivered the mini to me about 3 hours away. Great experience, and I will shop with them again. My mini looks great, and best of all, certified if I have a problem down the road.

Crown Acura was awesome! Highly recommend! Being new to the Richmond area, my wife and I had been taking our Honda Accord to the Honda dealership down the street. After registering our vehicle, we took it to “our Honda dealership” to get the state inspection done. We were told that they were “to busy”, because they give free inspections to customers who purchased their vehicles from them, we would need to make an appointment. I’m not sure that it’s legal to deny a state inspection, but we clearly received the message that we were not valued customers. After leaving there for good, we gave Crown Acura a call and spoke with Mike in the service department. He was amazing! He told us to come right in and he’d take care of us. We were warmly welcomed, and he treated us respectfully and professionally throughout our visit. He had our inspection completed and we were quickly back on the road. Great service, great experience and great people! Crown Acura has earned our business and they are now “our dealership”! Thank you.

Sales team at Crown Mini was incredibly helpful and patient with me, considering I was very picky about the color and "must haves" in the Mini that I was going to buy. By the time I purchased my "perfect" Mini last week, I felt part of the Crown Mini family. Great group and I'd recommend anyone thinking of buying a Mini to only go to Crown!!

This group of service people at Mini are outstanding. They get you in, at your requested time, get the issues addressed, and get it fixed right! Highly recommend the Mini Service Group!

I had the honor of taking Ms.Mini for her appointment on Sept. 8, 2014 @ 8AM, we got there at 10 to 8 and service was waiting on us with smiling faces. Well I thought that Ms.Mini was having a few problem however the Technical Staff checked her out and found no headaches they reset her computer and off I went riding high and feeling well about Ms.Mini.
