Mary and Trihn ROCK! I absolutely can not find the words for those ladies! If you want the dress, the experience, the personelle, GO to BRIDAL ELEGANCE! Not knowing exactly what I wanted with a dress, Mary greeted me, let me touch, play with and try on as many gowns as I wanted. She was informative, not pushy, suggestive and overall AMAZING at her job. My dress was stunning and I couldn't praise them more for an job well done. If only every business out there was ran the way these ladies run Bridal Elegance! Three million cheers for them and 5 HUGE stars! LOVE THEM!

Bridal Elegance - in 2 simple words...Wonderful Experience!! Mary and Trihn, words are not enough to thank you guys!. You were so helpful and freindly.. My family is not from US and my my husband & I :-) (we got married on the 25th of Sept, 2010) wanted a very small intimate wedding. I entered Bridal Elegance, Trihn showed me their collection, I picked a dress and trust me it fit me like a glove. It was so easy. There was no one arround from my family to tell me how I looked...Mary and Trinh were so freindly, they made me feel so comfortable. It was truly a wonderful experience. A true satisfaction.

I highly recommend this store! My experience with Bridal Elegance is among the best experiences I have ever had with a retailer or any other establishment. They have an amazing selection of gowns and top-notch customer service. Mary & Trich (sisters) will not try to sell you a dress simply because its expensive, nor will they shy away from offering an honest opinon. Mary helped me determine my "style", and did not try to "upsell" or get me to buy accessories there. No one here is the least bit pushy. She offered my bridesmaids a 15% discount on their competetively priced gowns and all were orderd in the correct size, length & color on the first time around (more than I can say for some of the 6 weddings I've participated in). They have a great selection of accessories and very inexpensive, high-quality costume jewelry!! I offer my highest praise and suggest that EVERY Richmond bride make this store their first stop. It will likely be your last...
