Disappointed that I can't leave zero stars. I was going to call the store and see if I could speak to an owner or manager, but now that I've read the reviews I realize that would be useless. The salesperson sold me a bra that didn't fit because they didn't have my size but the style that worked for me and I thought I could make it work. I should have suspected something because the straps were missing and the girl dug through a box of loose straps to find a pair for me. The dressing room was too dark to see the bra was dirty, and I didn't pay attention to the fact that the only tag on it was the Blythe price sticker. I never wore the bra, but when I tried to return it, the same girl said it looked like I ripped the straps off and that it was worn and would not take the return. So they sold me a a used bra, defective bra in the wrong size and I'm stuck.

I love the bra selection. However I brought two bras worth &125.00, they seem to fit in the store. The very next day I wore one, after an hour it hurt and the hooks were coming out. I took it back, they offered to have it fix because they don't do returns. The service on the first day was wonderful. When I returned with the problems, I got nothing but disrespect. Any item can feel okay when you have it on for a minute or two. Not sure if I will buy more.

I was blown away by the enormous selection and the great customer service. After shopping at numerous stores for a large-bra-sized swim suit with no luck, I decided to try this place out. The staff was amazing and I ended up leaving with 2 gorgeous swim suits. They have every size imaginable! I have a small rib cage and very large cup size, but they had multiple choices that all fit perfectly. The only bad part was deciding which ones to choose!

Every time I visit my friend who lives in richmond (i live in DC) I go to Blythe to buy bras. I am a 36FF and my friend is a 32G and it is difficult of us to find bras that fit us correctly in normal stores. Blythe usually has several styles that will fit, and can order any they may not have in stock at the time. They also have cute bathing suits that have good support as halters can really hurt your neck when you have large breasts. The young women who work there are always helpful and seem comfortable--always good when you have to be around half naked strangers. The bras can be pricey--although the basic bras are reasonable--but if you need a hard to find size this place is the best! I have been to the store many times, always on the weekend, and I have never had the poor service those below describe. Please do expect the women to try to help you find bras if you are looking for them, though they are not pushy.

I was not enjoyable at all on Saturday february 17th 2012 customer service was not good at all. I've been there before and it was not the same. I just could not believe I left. It was as though I was a numeber and not a person I'm going to look for a different place to shop the staff was to rushed and not taking the time to help me.

Knowledgable staff and exquisite products. I have sent many of my friends there who remarked they were never fitted so well for their personal garments. They all left "new women." Love this store!

The people here are very rude . I walk in to try to find a few bras and some bridal wear for my upcoming trip to.the bahamas . I walk.in and was not greeted . The women look at me and kept walking . Know one said hello or anything. After 5 minutes of looking around at the bras and bridal wear i decided to leave , walking out know one said bye or.anything just looked at me. I hate to.say this but if I wad of another race would they then have acknowledge me???? And ps the store only had about 2 other customers to bad I have to give a.rating otherwise it would be none. Dont waste your time here.

Great service and fast. Reasonable prices. Who cares how old someone is who helps you get a bra?that is just nit picky people, if that is a complaint about a store than you know there really isn't much to complain about They have a great return policy too.

I was a little skeptical after reading some of the unsatisfied customer's reviews, but decided to check it out anyway. Especially since I dread bra shopping as it takes all day to find one bra. Well, I was very impressed of the knowledgable staff and how comfortable she was with helping me. I was in and out! Though it cost me an arm and a leg to get support for my breast, I did get special instructions on how to care for my new lovely garment! I must say this was much cheaper than a breast reduction or lift.

I have always had trouble finding bras in my size. The lady who helped me out here did a fantastic job. She'd have me try one on, and then would check the fit, and bring me another until we had figured it out. Then she found several options in different price ranges, styles, etc. She even found me a bikini top! I did not find the people to be cold at all. They were very friendly to me, and seemed eager to help. Those of you who complain about buying a bra that didn't fit: you should be able to tell if it's comfortable or not when you try it on in the store, I'd think...

Since Jan 2009, I've probably spent over $2000 at this store. The staff is young but incredibly well-educated in their products. Although sometimes their tone of voice comes off as judgemental, they certainly accomodate everyone that they can in such a small location. This is a boutique so if you go in on a Saturday or during the lunchtime hours - yes, you will have to wait for a dressing room. However, the range of sizes: C-JJ/K more than accomodate the average size of the american woman (36 E). Average prices range from $38-150 for bras. 1 in 4 women do not wear the proper sized bra, so yes, if you complain about a brand new bra hurting then you may be judged, because it is brand new. It takes a week and 1 washing (they sell some lingerie wash and Nordstrom has a good one too) for a bra to start to fit. I wore a 36C for yrs until I found out I was a 30E, believe me, it is worth the adjustment to the new size. Ask for Beth, Jen, Meaghan, and Marian - the best sales staff there.

I was in town for a daylong conference so that afternoon I called the store for directions. Seemed simple enough but I got lost about a 1/2 mile out. I called again and Megan stayed on the phone w/ me until I got there! Amy's a great fitter! I told her what I had in mind and she pulled several bras for me to try on. She explained how a bra is engineered (my words!) and what to expect in a good fit. Because I'm working toward a goal weight, I was concerned about buying expensive bras that I wouldn't be able to wear for very long. She totally got it and worked with me on my selections. I bought a great sportsbra (Freya) and a pretty everyday bra (Fantasie). I get to Richmond several times a year on business and make it a point to stop in. When I reach my goal, I plan a major splurge. In the meantime, I've sent several girlfriends there and they're really pleased. I wish Blythe much success! Harness be gone!

I really like this store! I recently went there for a fitting and it was great. They pulled my bras for me, explained how each fit, and helped me decide what was best for my shape. They work as a team and really made me feel comfortable.. I wasn't really sure what to expect during a bra fitting but it was fun and I came away well informed about the proper foundation! I am a much different size than I thought but it really makes me look better in my clothes and has helped take a real weight of my shoulders.. literally!! I was surprised to see some of the reviews on here that were so negative... but I think anyone on the fence about this store should definitely stop by. Also - in response to some of the negative reviews, they clearly tell you when you buy something that purchases must be unworn for return, which makes sense.. its underwear!! I surely wouldn't want to purchase something you have returned.. yuck! I will definitely be going back :)

This store is horrible. I bought a bra from them that was over $60 because they assured me that the size I was wearing was too large. I was cut up so badly on the first day I wore it and they refused to take it back although it was their fault for not sizing me right. You cannot tell if something fits in 5 minutes. Never will I step foot in that store

I love this store. These women know what they're doing, and if you're a hard-to-fit size, they have what you need. Good bras aren't cheap, but they have a great selections. Thank you Blythe...

I was rather leary based on some of the reviews from unsatisfied customers. However, I was happily surprised. The person who helped me was knowledgeable and I got lots of bras and panty matches for less than what I expected and I was in and out in 20 minutes! They were not overly warm and friendly but they were attentive and thorough. If you are looking for a quick in and out by professionals I would highly recommend this place despite the negative reviews and personally I will be back.

I loveeeeee this store. They are great about calling me when they get new bras in that are just my size. They are very helpful when I'm there and i'll never go anywhere else!!!

I went to the store to purchase some lingerie for my girlfriend for her birthday. The sales staff was great. Me being a guy of course I had no idea what I was doing and they took the time to make it all very simple. I would definitely recommend this store to any clueless guy looking for the perfect gifts. My girlfriend was more than pleased with the gifts. I will continue to use this store for all my lingerie and gift giving needs.
