General Info
Learning a martial art can be the memorizing of moves, but at Aamerican Colleges of Jiu-Jitsu and Karate we concentrate on teaching our students much more. Martial arts is also, in some respects, a means of life. We do not mean that certain individuals earn a living from being in games or teaching.

Great Place! We started coming here solely for the purposes of after school care. My daughter was miserable at the other after school care facility that we had in place for her and WOW what a difference this place made! She not only learned valuable self defense skills, but she made great friends as well! There is a perfect balance b/w structure and down time and they allow time for homework to get done (or at least get started). We had to leave only because I was relocated (job) and she is hesitant to go to another karate school because she doesn't think it will be the same as ACK! The owners are always on site and extremely involved. They work with you to suit your personal needs. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. What a wonderful and rewarding experience this has been for our family!!!
