took boat to them for winterizing, service agreement is to return for de-winterizing. at pickup after de-winterizing, cover left off rained in boat, backed into rocks and lower unit scratched and bent, battery dead after radio left on by whoever serviced it. also had engine oil and lower unit lube changed. took to another for winterizing this time. on pickup was advised there was a valve cover leak, witch there was not before, was told leak was do to engine oil being over filled 5 quarts and should consider myself lucky that no seals were blown in lower unit as it was also way over filled. I have done business with them in the past but they were bought out by Tracker Marine and now, at least from my experience, to say that the service department is substandard would be the understatement of the year.
