Jared was wonderful! He is knowledgeable, honest, and kind. He helped me decide on the best vacuum to meet my needs and gave me honest advice regarding what the best product for me would be (even if it wasn't a vacuum from his own store!). He was so helpful and forthright in the information he provided - this is definitely a trustworthy place to buy a vacuum. I would highly recommend this store! The person who posted a bad review is nuts. This place is excellent.

Excellent service department, quality vacuums, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Very fair pricing. Have made vacuum cleaner purchases and always have my vacuums serviced here for the last several years. Always a pleasure dealing with this company.

BUYER BEWARE! The owner stated that my Oreck couldn’t be fixed since parts were no longer available (not true) as Oreck was purchased by a company in China. At his suggestion, I purchased a $426 Riccar. I then found an Oreck store in Asheville. Not only was my Oreck fixed with Oreck parts, it was still under warranty! I tried to return the new and unused Riccar and he said NO, that the sale was final and returns are not possible. I now am stuck with an expensive Riccar which I do not need. Go somewhere else.

These guys are great!!! No up selling, just did what I needed done for my vacuum cleaner. Let me see them work on it, a big thing for me, and told me what to do next time when I have a problem with the belt. Can it get any better than that??? Don't think so.
