Just wanted to call attention to the courtesy and professionalism that wife received when we visited Elite Hearing Centers of America, located at 206, 3rd Avenue West in Hendersonville, NC.
We were met by a pleasant and efficient lady by the name of Cindy, who took some information from us. She made us feel very comfortable, right away.
We then met John Wilson, HIS, who administered tests to see exactly what my wife needed to restore her hearing as much as could be. He thoroughly answered all her questions and then proceeded to fit her with devices that really restored her hearing to a point that made her hear much better than she had in 20 years.
We have had one follow-up visit with another one scheduled.
Thanks again to Cindy and John for actually giving my wife, Judith, a better quality of life.
