why can't anyone answer the phone? why isn't there a local number for this office? why why why? why do I have to go through the whole rigamarole of automated stuff, only to be told to call back another time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate having to contact SS or any gov't office for that matter. It's always so difficult and they never have enough staff to handle the incoming calls at the national number. Phooey
