Horrible customer service and broke my stair tile by dinging his equipment on it. Didn't even fix it and shacked my stair railing because he was angry because he doesn't want to fix it. Don't let this guy in your house because if something goes wrong he will not take responsibility and start getting hostile in your own home and even making fun of your home and attacking me with raciest comments because I' am Asian.

Broke My Tile and Hostile Person

I found his business on Groupon and thinking this guy is a legit company because At first when you meet him he seem very knowledgeable about cleaning carpet and tile. He had a beautiful wrapped van with his business information on it and had his logo on his shirt. He showed me pictures of his past cleaning on his cell phone. Don't Be FOOLED by this guy name Chris because when he was cleaning my tile he broke one of my tile and said his machine dinged it when he was carrying his machine. He said that he will get it fix and I wasn't even upset when this happen because it is not a big deal I have spare tiles for it. I even let him pick the date to come by to fix the tile. When that day came he postponed it. Then after that it was hard to get him to come out because he kept on postponing it. He then call me to say he can put a rubber stopper or just pay me $50 to handle this problem. I then said I don't want his money I just want it back to what it look like before you broke it. The Rubber stopper is just a plastic covering for your stair it is not fixing the problem it is hiding/covering the problem. He then started to yell at me on the phone and call me names and it was crazy because I wasn't even yelling at him or being mean I was just asking nicely to get it fix and that it is not a big deal and to calm down. He just went off on the phone screaming at me. Then I just told him I will call Channel 13 and let them handle this before he hung up on me. After I said that he called me back three minutes later and set up a time to discuss the situation. Now I'am a bit scared to meet with him so I go with my dad and he just made some excuse saying my house is shitty and that I have shitty tile that is why it broke. But Ive had this house over 10 years and my tile never broke until he dinged it with his machine. He then start yelling at us and make fun of us because we are Asian. He even shacked and banged my stairs when he came over because he was upset that we wouldn't take the rubber cover or the $50. We just wanted it fix. I knew it wasn't going to go nowhere so I just told him to leave because he is getting hostile with us.I end up having to deal with this angry person for a couple of weeks and end up getting the tile fix on my own.Save yourself the headache and don't hire this company.I wish I did more research on him because after the incident happen. I digged up more info on this business and found out he has an inactive business license.

Scary bad customer service

Found Sunglow through Living Social and hired him to clean a large amount of tile/grout in our home. During the appointment he convinced me to seal the grout for a small additional cost and apprehensively I agreed. Two days later my floors were still covered in residue and I was unable to get Sunglow back out for another 4 days to even look at it (total 6 days since the service). I will admit (as I did to the guy) that I was happy with the job he did cleaning the grout. I had to wipe up most of the residue myself before he came back because we were all slipping on the floor. The floor was also attracting an above average amount of grime and footprints because of the residue left behind and it was incredibly dirty in some spots. Needless to say, I was very unhappy after having just spent hundreds to have it cleaned. I was never given any invoice/receipt nor could I get a clear explanation as to what the sealer was supposed to seal against, the grout was absorbing water/liquid and I couldn't get a straight answer out of the owner. I wanted to have him come back out and clean the floors and refund the sealer. He did offer to put me on the schedule in a week or two to clean it, but I felt that was incredibly unfair considering I had already waited almost a week for him to come back. He only wanted to argue and yell at me, call me names and insult me. Telling me I had unrealistic expectations and the list of insults goes on. I finally conceded, just refund the sealer and I will have the floors re-cleaned and we can go our separate way and he still refused. He then left, and proceeded to send text messages arguing with me, calling me names, cursing at me and actually threatened me and my husband, including "I know where you live" type of statements. I filed a dispute with our bank and went down to Metro to file a police report. I'm a business professional and generally a fair person, I've never had anything like this happen to me. I think I would have been happy with his service, had he not upsold me and convinced me to seal the grout. After further research, I determined he either used the wrong product and he definitely improperly installed it. He also ruined the bottom panel of our brand new stainless steel fridge by getting some type of product on it, now I have to buy an entirely new freezer door. This owner is highly volatile and cannot handle any kind of conflict. For the first time in my life, I was literally afraid for my safety and sorry I had not done more vetting of the company before inviting him into my home (Bad reviews, expired business license, etc.) Shame too, because he did a nice job with the actual cleaning portion and if he wasn't such a jerk, he would have gotten a lot of business from me and my company.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company does not even have a business license in Henderson. Please be very careful, I wish I had read the reviews and checked out this company before letting him in my house.

HORRIBLE customer service. NEver been treated so poorly...

I found Sunglow tile cleaning from a Living Social advertisement. When I called Chris (the owner) he seemed like a decent guy, so I had him come and give me an estimate to clean my grout. At that point I expressed what I wanted and what I expected from him for the price he quoted me. Chris said that he guarantees his work and that if I am not satisfied he would come back and go over any spots I wanted to clean again. We both agreed on theses terms and he cleaned my grout on 12/24/2013. After his work was finished, Chris said that some of the grout might look "tie-dyed" but should dry one color. About two days after he cleaned the grout, there were many spots that were still darker than others and I called him to come back and take a look. Since then it has been a cat and mouse game. First he was in an accident and didn't have his van, then he just simply avoided my phone calls/text, now he continuously reschedules my appointments last minute. Bottom line, it has been two months since the job was half-completed and he has been paid for work that was not done the way it was guaranteed. Plus, in the process of asking him to come and fix his grout, he has been extremely unethical, rude, and dishonest -- told me that I am unrealistic and cheap. And in his last text message, he told me to go f** myself…. Seriously! Totally unprofessional business.

Reliable & Affordable

I have 18 large wool area rugs in my 5,000 square foot showroom & I learned the hard way that you must hire someone who knows about wool rugs. SunGlow did a great job cleaning my rugs & three months later, they still look great. They also polished my floors and made them shine. I will definitely be using them every couple of months to make the showroom look great!

Knowledgable & great service...will use again!

I have two puppies & potty training has been hard. I found Sunglow & Chris made an appointment for the same day & showed up early (that was a surprise). He removed several pet stains that I thought would never come out! My carpets look and smell new. He knew what he was doing and was really great. I will be using him again.
