I have hired and trusted Sear's repairmen to work on my appliances for years. They have always sent a reputable person who does a great job. I will continue to call on them in the future.

I was a little afraid of what the verdict would be when the service guy(Jason) showed up but ,I was surprised with the job that he did ,so far I can say I'll call Sears every time. I have the Whole Home Warranty now, I used to have just a couple Items on warranty,But I told my Husband how good of job they done in the past and he agreed that we should get The Whole Home Warranty! I'm so glad we did!

The service person was ok but I would never call Sear's repair out again! I personally can not afford $500.00 an hour...

The tech was on time, professional and went immediately to work on the task at hand. He advised me that the dishwasher was not secured to the floor so I am hopeful that the unit will continue to function as before.

Sears repair man was awesome. Very professional and very helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and I learned a lot on how to keep my washer and dryer in the best shape possible. I wish I could always have this particular repairman!!!

My problem is with the Ft.MohaveAZ sears tech's not warm springs! After 4 visit's and 20 days later still no central air. Neither tech toke a pressure check after adding Freon called it good and left. After it went down again came back did a pressure check said guess what you have a leak(DAH) I'll be back in the morning didn't show no word why and I called and had to schedule another appt and another six days, supposed to be here tomorrow 8-12am we'll see. That makes 21days without a repair yet. Wish us LUCK!!

Technician was friendly and explained how to take care of my washing machine to prolong the life of my washer. I was really impressed. The past technicians never took the time to educate me about cleaning my soap dispenser out or even how it could be removed. And also the reason it leaks in the front. If more technicians would take the time to educate their customers maybe they wouldn't have to be called out on the small repairs. Also Jason the tech told me about a better warranty that Sears has for the whole house. Thank You to Jason and to Sears always. To anyone looking for anything for your home look at Sears and remember their warranty. We're been using them for years and won't go anywhere else.

repair man was very good. Problem was we had to wait a month to get the microwave repaired.If I have to wait a month for service, waist of time and money having a contract with Sears.

The technician was very effective and solved the problem in a timely fashion. The computer showed the part had to be ordered, but he called to be certain and was able to secure the part.

We have used Sears for maintenance of our Kenmore water softener for 10 years. The appliance has worked flawlessly and the service has been superb!

We were very pleased with the service the service tech #074375. She identified the problem and promptly fixed it. Also, we had a window from 1p -5p and she called and arrived before 1p!!!!

I just used Sears' repair for the first time and I am very happy with the experience. He was on time and very professional and very knowledgeable. He replaced my ice maker. I would definitely call Sears again.

We have been with Sears since 2002 and have all of our appliances and hvac under maintenance contract. We are paid up until 2020 because we believe in them. Never had a bad service person, always on time etc. Best money we spent.
