My customer service today was excellent! She was so patient with me when I seemed to be getting frustrated. I wasn't frustrated with her, I was with me though, not understanding everything. But she walked me through it very calmly which is what I needed. I was thankful she was there and I had put off calling for a month because I didn't want to deal with it. But it was simple and hopefully I will not need to call for a while.

Shawny in Customer Service at SBGA went above and beyond to try to sleuth out a failed transaction for us, and arranged a conference call to get the issue sorted out. She was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. Kudos to her!

Debra was the most kind, courteous and professional service representative that I have had the pleasure of working with in years. I manage a team of 200 employees and would happily hire her to lead our customer service division. She demonstrated a large amount of product knowledge and was able to navigate a confusing and unknown issue with grace and professionalism. Debra also instilled confidence that the issue would be resolved and that she would also follow up on the issue. That is truly rare.
