      Showed up for my appointment which was at 2:15, didn't end up even seeing Alvarez for an HOUR AND A HALF. It took forever! What is the point in appointments if you don't see the patient at that time? And then we literally talked for less than five minutes, and he told me for tattoo removal any color besides black is impossible. That is a lie, I talked to several other clinics that do removals (but in Phoenix) that CAN do it, it just takes longer. Long time to wait and it was a waste of damn time.
