I have rented two Keller N Jadd homes and have not had any problems with the company. In fact when my AC went out last summer it was fixed the next day and one month when I was a little short on money they were very understanding and waived all my late fees since I had never been late before. I left the home in good condition but it did need a light cleaning and a little touch up paint and i still got my whole deposit back. I have not had any issues with the house i am in now but I fully trust Keller N Jadd to fix any that come up.‎

seven year tenant who loves keller n jadd!! they took care of all my maintenance needs promptly. when i finally bought a home and moved they refunded all of my deposits. i did leave te home in excellent condition. i think that is right thing to do. keller n jadd is awesome!!!‎

I do not know how this company could possibly have bad reviews. I have found Mr. Keller and his staff to be very courteous and professional. For as large as this company is, I have always felt as though I was their only client. Mr. & Mrs. Keller have made certain that my two properties are handled efficiently while communicating with me on a regular basis the status of events surrounding the management .
