Michael Holland is the best !!! After searching and searching, my fiance and myself could not find a ring in the size that she needed or anyone who could modify one to her size. I then called them and spoke to a very nice lady named Judy. She told me that they made custom rings and would have no problem making a ring in her size and to come in and see what they had. We went there on 9/22/12 and ordered our ring. They also buy jewlery and scrap gold so we brought some broken and unwanted jewlery with us to possibly trade in. They offered us almost twice what we had hoped to get out of it reguardless if we bought a ring from them or not. We were then able to get a 1/2 carrat diamond instead of the 1/4 to 1/3 carrat that we had planned on. The ring was ready on 9/26/12 (4 days after we ordered it) and even more beautiful than we ever imagined. We cannot recommend this jewler enough and already have a couple of friends planning on going there. Thank You !!! Rachelle and Chris

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! Extremely bad service, had a problem once before with them when they were at their old location across the street. Service has gotten worse. I will go out of my way to let people know how badly the service, the workmanship and the owner are at this place. Do yourself a favor and go to a place where the owner knows what customer service is and doesn't become verbally abusive to customers.
