- Easy Does-it Yogadesigned to serve students who are new, have little experience with yoga, or anyone looking for a gentle class. it also helps practitioners with injuries or chronic pain: backache, neck-ache, all around stiffness and tension. the teacher will guide the students to expand and utilize the full potential of their breath and will walk them through a set of easy poses: lunges, twists, back-bends, stretching etc. great for beginners.
- Slow Vinyasastudents will learn a new set of postures in each class session and will pair movements with breath. the yoga instructor will explain and lead students through a flow of sequenced poses. students will learn to refine the postures and move beyond the limitations of the body and mind. some knowledge of yoga recommended.
- Ashtanga/vinyasathis ancient practice starts with the dynamic sequence of sun salutation a & b (vinyasa-based one breath, one movement). it continues with predefined poses which are held for a specific number of breaths. the students will learn to refine the ujjayi breath (diaphragmatic powerful breathing), the use of bandhas (muscle contraction) and will develop an internal heat and a general sense of calmness. some knowledge of yoga recommended.
- Yoga Corethis intermediate yoga class is a combination of basic yoga postures of ashtanga with core strengthening. the class will increase strength and flexibility and will bring a sense of being grounded and balanced. some knowledge of yoga recommended.
- Yin Yogadeep tissue yoga. this class includes holding passive (seated or laying down) postures whose practice targets the connective tissues (joints) rather than the muscular tissues. yin yoga is a perfect complement to slow vinyasa, ashtanga and vinyasa. suitable for all.
