I wish there were negative stars. The service department at this dealership is atrocious. The work is not up to standard to the point where you question if your service was even done at all. It is very questionable if the oil was changed as the oil is higher than the normal marking and dark. Oil residue was left running on the engine block and from the oil filter seal there is oil on the oil filter. I was at the dealership for nearly 4 hours there was plenty of time to change the oil change the filters rotate the tires and do any other work as indicated.

My husband has been looking for a truck for about 2 yrs. looked everywhere for a good deal found it at Superior CDJR. They found us one and they had it delivered at the dealership and we had it in our possession within 2 days. Were very happy with it for a diesel it gets very good gas mileage. Everyone was very nice.

I give them a five star , they are good at what they sale and will stand behind it totally !... LIES... That's what they sale ! You want a good honest transaction , then go somewhere else. You wanta get screwed, then deal with them. !

Up front, the salesperson was overall nice, I was just looking to see what they had, not interested in purchasing another car. After some discussion and suggestion via the salesperson, I was convinced to let my then present auto go back to the bank due to upside down equity,, and get another vehicle there from them. I did so, finding out later that recommendation should of never been suggested to begin with. It DID hurt my credit, BUT, I had a newer vehicle, one more affordable, and pleased with whatever service I have had done to it thru the Servicing dept, to include recalls. My new car was involved in a bad accident 13 days from purchase, BUT was repaired, and as of today is operating normally, and repairs elsewhere were good. I was hoping, as was the salesperson, that my car would of been totaled, and they were prepared to assist me in obtaining another car. That never materialized, because my insurance refused to total the car.. Just be careful of what they suggest.

Instantly fell in love with it. I traded in my '04 chevy truck for it. They actually gave me more for it than any other dealer. Getting financed was simple and painless, even though i have had some rough credit history. Overall, i am very impressed with my experience at superior in henderson. For now on, i will buy all of my cars and service them there.
