I had this company out to give me a bid to replace an outdated irrigation system and make the property more environmentally friendly. This is a small townhome community (30) where rents are 700/mo. The bid....$268,246.00 ...yes dollars. More than I would take in for 2 years if I had no other bills. Now, 6 months later, I have a lovely $1500.00 plan that is worthless and I am back at square one and VERY frustrated!!
