We needed to cater a dinner with something 'different" - not bar b q or fajitas - so we called Classic Events and ordered steak marsala and chicken picata. It was fabulous. Vicki and her staff took care of everything. She was on time, the buffet was very attractive and everyone liked the food. She even made special dishes for our vegetarians. We have had her back several times and been pleased every time.
