Last month I came to Nissan of Garden City looking for a new vehicle. Within hours, I was shown the Rogue - took a test drive and before I knew it I had decided to lease. Next I came back two days later - my old vehicle turned in for a Rogue. I had to return to have the remote start and remote camera installed. Your service department is on the ball - both pleasant and professional. I was promised a rent-a-car at no charge. There were no problems. Everything promised was done. Victor, my salesperson, was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions and took good care of me. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone and I am really enjoying my new Rogue.

My 1995 Nissan Maxima is not normally something I service at the dealership. Recently I received a phone call from Nissan of Garden City informing me of a $9 special that they were running for oil changes. Since that's actually less than I pay at a local mechanic, I scheduled an appointment. I arrived to find the service department to be quite busy, which made me rather nervous, but I proceded with the service anyway. I was greeted almost immediately by Sarah, who had a bubbly enthuastic personality. I sat on the couch in the waiting room and it seemed that by the time I had opened my magazine, they were calling my name. My first instinct was that they needed additional information, but it was actually to inform me that the vehicle was complete. They had topped off my fluids and even placed that little sticker in the corner of my window reminding me when to come back!

Ellen was her name and she was very patient with us, as we were with her, Jose also was great to us and helped is any way, and being i was there for 5 hrs I watched alot of the salesmen helping customers and they were very polite and helpful to them, just want to thank you nissan of garden city for going out of your way and correcting someone elses mistakes:)

i recently purchased a new nissan sentra from nissan of garden city. as i pulled into the parking lot i was addressed as i stepped out of my car buy a salesman named roosevelt. i instantly said to myself this is going to be a bad experince..but roosevelt helped me figure out what i needed..help me decide whether to lease, finance, or pay cash..and got me out of the dealership in my new car..at the price i wanted..and the most important thing i was out of the dealership in an hour..it was the best car buying experince i have ever had. i would def recommend dealing with roosevelt willams..at nissan of garden city..the only thing i didn't like was the fact he kept smiling at my wife when i wasn't looking..and of course she thinks he is a lovely gentlemen..i guess it's about getting the right saleman

Daniela. Although i didn't meet with you, I came there Tuesday night and met with a very nice man, Lloyd, who took the time to show my son and I a few Altimas. I was there to buy a car for my 17 year old son. After my son drove a few cars, we decided on one and purchased a 2011 Tuscan Sun gorgeous Altima. I was impressed with the professionalism of your staff and their patience. We were there till after midnight and the loan officer, Robert, made sure we had everything intact to get rolling. We were able to secure the deal and drive off the same night. And my son loves his new Altima. It's a beauty. I'm sorry we didn't get to meet. But I'm glad you were persistant to get me in there! I was referred to Christian for the lease of my new Maxima. After hoping from every dealer on Long Island, I was realized to wrap up the process quickly and with little back and forth. Instead of selling me what he had there, he was able to get me the vehicle I knew that I wanted. I love my car and everyone at the dealership was great. The finance manager offered me ways to protect my investment, instead of shoving products down my throat. I would go back in a heartbeat!

I called and spoke to Dinah. She was helpful but not pushy. She invited me into the dealership and I met with Shawn. Everywhere else I went the salesguy had been working there about 3 days, but Shawn had been there for years and was knowledgeable about the process and the vehicle. Had huge problems with this vehicle, but Mike Keenan and his entire stafff at Nissan of Garden city were able to repair the issues. These guys are the greatest! I purchased an altima and I could not have been happier. Nissan really puts their customers first and makes sure they fulfill your expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend someone who is looking for a car to go to Nissan because they will not steer you wrong!!

I was referred to Shawn and he was amazing! kind, cool and was there to answer all my questions. He gave me his personal number where I contact him even when he wasnt working to answer any questions I had. I was having trouble recieving a few faxes from my car insurance company and Shawn was there to help with no problem. I could honestly say Shawn was a major help and I walked away happy. He knows how to sell cars and please a company. He can sell water to a whale! He was the best dealer I have been too even outside of Nissan. :) :)

After shopping around for a Nissan Rogue, I called Nissan of Garden City. The girl who answered the phone was helpful and knowledgable and promised me the best price possible on a Nissan Rogue. I went in that Saturday and the place was a madhouse. I had never seen so many people buying cars in my life. I spoke with a salesman and after a few minutes we settled on a price, which was in fact lower than the quotes I had received. I love my new Rogue!
