They impounded my pickup truck after being pulled over for traffic violations in Nassau county. When I went to pick it up they charged me commercial rates for a vehicle with passenger plates. When the vehicle was returned the brakes did not function at all. I was overcharged $100 and left with an additional $300 in damages to my vehicle. Its a shame that the Nassau County Police Department has a contract with this sleazy organization. In my opinion they are better than that.
