The attitude and total disrespect for the customer is unbelievable. I am a California Certified Customer Service Specialist and I can tell you, that this tech was totally out of line. It appears that he is the son of the owner and demonstrated a disrespect not only for me the customer, but the hard work his father put in to make the company. Whether I own this place I live, take care of and pay money for, or I own it outright has nothing to do with the service that should be provided. He gets an "F" for the service attitude, and I will not recommend him to any of my friends or people I want as friends.
