The park is very clean and has been the home of my parents for over 15 years. They are very happy with the amenities and activities. There is a Super Walmart within 1 mile. Just like any association there are rules.

This is a great place to live. I own a couple places in the park, and it is the best and cleanest RV park in Hemet. Each property is individually owned, and it is gated. There are activities in the beautiful clubhouse every week. There is indoor shuffleboard. This gets a "5 star" review from most people.

All though this park is clean I cannot say much for the management, it seems the left hand has no idea what the right is doing. some friends, they seem to have somewhat of a gestapo attitudede towards us because we were just visiting some friends, at that time we didn't think to much of the senseless harassment but when they told us we were trespassing in a park at which we were invited that is just stupid.At one point we were considering moving into Mountain Shadows but changed our minds after the way we were treated. We stopped out side of town and watched some good old boys fly model rc airplanes they really had a nice runway and the guys seemed very friendly one asked us if we were moving out there at that time when we were considering it we said yes and one of the guys sathats to bad now we know what they meant. Hemet seems to be a nice little town and I am sure there are some nice friendly rv parks but Mountain Shadows in my and other peoples opinion is not one of them!
