Have always been a fan of Marcos. Started eating their pizza in las vegas and was happy to find out there was one here in Hemet. My 2nd time ordering I received some pretty bad customer service. Ordered my food at 12:36, online ETA said it would be delivered between 1:20-1:30. No update on the tracker at 1:40 so I call the store and ask the status and without asking me any information he told me the driver just left the store. 30 mins later after still no food, I call back and they pick up and say "Marcos Pizza could you hold?"" before I could say anything I was already on hold. 5 mins later he picks up and say how can I help you? I tell him after my horrible service I would like to just cancel the order. He doesn't address any concerns and says ok and hangs up the phone. This is the last time ANY Marcos chain receives my hard earned money.
