      General Info

      We have been in business since August 1, 2001. Carl has been in the body shop business over 25 years. Prior to opening Helotes Collision Center, Carl was the Body Shop Manager at Gillman Honda for 16 years. When Patsy retired from Southwestern Bell Tel. Co., Carl decided to open his own shop in Helotes. We have great customers and we owe our success to their repeat visits and referrals.

      We've had the fortune of using this place twice this year - for both of our accidents. The office is clean and welcoming, you walk in, they greet you and offer a coffee or tea. The work is a good quality - our car loosely represented an accordion this last time and now it is beautiful once again and running great! And the staff outrageously friendly. They went above and beyond to help us this week. With Christmas here we were running short on cash and had planned to charge our deductible to a credit card. But the day we picked the car up I'd only had an hours sleep and I had to go out of town that morning. In my sleepy travels I lost that credit card - the only one we had! I couldn't find it anywhere. After talking to my husband and trying to decide whether or not we would get enough if we pawned our flat screen TV - I called to tell them what was happening. She was very understanding and agreed to take a postdated check. When I picked the car up she even let me add on some
