I've been insured by this office for approximately 7 years now and I can't say enough good things. Everyone in the office has been extremely helpful. I was involved in a crash last month where another party was at fault, however, the staff at Diels Insurance Ageny went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of as easily and quickly as possible. It's good to know there are still business out there that care as much about customer service as they do about getting paid!
