Went in to get a new bump head for curved shaft husquvarna weed eater (that I have had for 10yrs,)I have 2.5hrs of weed eating before I mow the lawn and 8hrs doing the ditch. Never had a problem with tall grass in the 10yrs I've been doing it. (don't have the manual anymore) got the new head, tried asking how to keep the grass from winding around the power cord inside of the shaft, just behind the head, with no hesitation and not letting me finish asking my question, the lady behind the counter told me to "buy a new one! That model wasn't made for tall grass". All I needed to know was there is a collar between the shaft and cutting head to prevent that. To me it's like having a mechanic say (your wheel bearings are worn out, go buy a new car). Needless to say I fixed it and it works like I just bought it. Will NOT be taking my business their anytime soon. Very poor customer service in my eyes.

Terribly operated company; poor communication, incompetent technicians; and unprofessional behavior. When given explicit instructions to call back if the service was not able to be completed by the end of the week, they failed (no call). When they finally arrived on site the next week, they failed (incomplete repair). When discussing the next available time to actually finish the repair, they failed (the lady manager was profoundly rude and gave excessive excuses). I will no longer use this company for even the most simple part or service. I recommend that nobody use this company.

Have used this company extensively for land scaping, sprinklers, lawn (sod) installation, shrubs and trees. While they are busy and sometimes take longer than I'd like, I am completely satisfied with their work. They've also replaced trees at their expense, that didn't survive for at least a year. I have found them to be reasonably priced, provide quality work, and stand behind their products. I'll definitely use them in the future.

If you are looking for a company to repair anything, like I was when I took my Cub Cadet lawn tractor to them, do yourself a favor, KEEP LOOKING! R & R has not done anything for me, not even a courtesy call telling me they would take over a month to repair my tractor, it has 12 hours on it. I took it to a local business, I do try and support Helena businesses, that was a mistake. When an employee gets angry and then refuses to talk to a customer and this behavior is condoned by the owner, it is time to do business elsewhere. FAIR WARNING, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT MAY INVOLVE THEM HAVING TO FIX IT, I DID AND AM NOW SUFFERING THE CONSEQUENCES OF MY POOR DECISION. NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS AT ALL!!!!!
