When setting up my appt on the phone, the guy kept putting me on hold to help others, which wasted my work break. Then they automatically moved my appt up 30 min which I was informed in a voicemail. I had to call back to tell them that would NOT work for me. I arrived early like they had asked, but was told my gal had just taken someone else up for a wax. When I finally got on the massage table for my 1 1/2 hr. massage, I looked at the time and again when I got done. I had been shorted 10 min. Then I felt rushed to get out, all the lights were off & everyone was gone. I went to pay with my gift cert which clearly stated 1 1/2 hr. massage $85...and was told I still owed another $67.50 (I was charged for water that was offered to me as well). Apparently their prices went up & nobody thought to tell me. The gift cert does NOT state prices are subject to change. I ended up paying MORE than the orig. gift cert was worth for a service that should have been FREE with my gift cert!!!

Certainly one of the best, if not the best in town. Professional technique makes you look like you want to look, even if you're not sure what you want when you walk in. If you have a certain style in mind, they make it work for you. Your hair looks good the day after and the month after, not just the hours after you leave the salon. Products, accesories, and ambiance complete the relaxing experience.
This business has everything. The employees are always going to trainings and are up to date on all the new products and hair styles. They are all very friendly and willing to make this an excellent experience for you!
