We will review your health history, and with the help of your physician, will identify your health strengths and limitations. With this, the diagnosis of a care plan is casted using a comprehensive goal setting convention. All services are handled by trained and experienced professionals. During the implementation of the care plan, you will acquire one or a combination of the following services: 1. Personal care/personal hygiene Bathing Dressing Personal hygiene Assistance with feeding Incontinence care 2. Home Helper/Housekeeping services Organization around the house/room Dusting and moping Plant care Kitchen and bathroom cleaning 3. Companion care Meal preparations Medical reminders Doctor appointments Run errands & grocery shopping Reading letters, newspaper articles and emails Accompanying to social and community events 4. Respite care Short term or temporary relief services to a family caregiver, in need of a break from the daily duties of caring for a family member in need of constant care.
