Constar International is one of the largest suppliers of polyethylene therephthalate, or PET, containers in North America and Europe. The company s main focus is on supplying conventional PET containers for soft drinks and water. However, Constar is expanding its position in the growing custom PET market, creating custom containers for food, juices, teas, sport drinks, new-age beverages, beer and flavored alcoholic beverages. The company also manufactures limited quantities of high-density polyethylene and polypropylene containers. Its customers include major brand marketers in the beverage, food, beer and flavored alcohol markets. Founded in 1963, Constar International maintains 18 manufacturing facilities in the United States and Europe, including one in Hebron, Ohio.
