I took my 2 year old here when she was breaking out in hives. I wanted her tested for the flu, since there are cases of children getting the flu and the first symptom is hives, before any fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or any other more standard flu symptoms. The nurse there refused to test her for the flu because she said she has no other symptoms. Even though I pleaded with her that hives is a symptom. Her "diagnosis" was just that my daughter has sensitive skin. She even took my daughters arm, scratched it with her own fingernail (because that's hygenic!!) And said "I bet that will bubble up like hive." Well 2 days later guess what, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, full on flu symptoms. That's 2 extra days that she was around other kids in gymnastics and daycare, who also got sick, and took it home to thier families. When if the nurse would have tested her like I wanted we could could have kept her home and prevented that. Now I am stuck with a bill for literally nothing. I am paying for a complete waste of time! And when I called to complain they filed the complaint, someone called me and left me a message, I called her back THREE TIMES. And have yet to hear back from her. Never going back here. I would suggest you dont either. Take yourself and your loved ones to a real doctor.
