Mr. Ball is a crook, I doesn't do what he says he would. He is old and tends to cut corners.

Terrible service, good price over the phone (half the price of everyone else), then wanted more after he got started, Ended up costing more than the other surveyor quoted originally. Would never recommend this guy, he never returns phone calls, Took forever to get him to finish the work, I dont know how this guy stay's in business STAY AWAY
