Founded in 1977, Serento Gardens is a nonprofit organization that provides consulting services for the victims of drug and alcohol abuse. It is a member of the United Way of the Greater Hazleton Area, Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce and Association of Recovery Schools. The organization serves health care and educational clients. Serento Gardens offers consulting services for individuals and families. It features a prevention department that provides educational services to increase the awareness of issues arising from alcohol, tobacco and drug addiction.
