This company almost ruined my reception. My friend told me about them and when we placed the order everything went very smoothly. We went back about a month later and added table covers to our order (we originally were just going to get chair covers). Instead of putting this order into their computer system, it was left on a post-it note and forgotten about. They weren't sure if they were going to be able to get the table covers in time at this point (their fault) and eventually called and said they found enough. The day before the wedding, they came to set up (2 hours late) and didn't bring enough chair covers. They said they would return in the morning to finish. Well, they returned, but they didn't tie the bows on the chairs! So the DAY OF THE WEDDING, my mother, his best man, and my future husband were trying desperately to make the bows look like the ones that were already done.
