TOOK MY CHAIN THERE WICH IS 10 KT THEY DID A ACID TEST ON IT THEY USED 18-22KT ACID ON A 10KT CHAIN WHICH DESTORYED TWO OF MY LINKS.. I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANYTHING THERE THERE NOT EVEN LICENSED I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED A LAWYER AND THE BBB THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN...
