HORRIBLE service - delivery guys (totally ill-equipped or trained) completely tore up my front door and floors, and then have been told lie after lie by manager, Semhar. Still no resolution (damage occurred mid August 2018, it is now the end of December 2018) Last email to Semhar in late October was never responded to. Trying now to deal with Pilot, who apparently subbed out to these guys... Ready to take the whole thing to court and let them handle directly.
